“We did the catch & cook fishing trip, which was unbelievable. My daughter caught a barracuda, as well as a number of other fish including grouper & snapper. The fish were then brought back to the resort, cleaned & filleted, & the cooktop is part of the evening meal. We also went on an island hopping excursion, & visited a number of area islands including a Smithsonian Institute program.”
