While a specific room type cannot be guaranteed for the entire trip, this gives you the best chance to experience an overwater bungalow along with other villa styles at the resort.

We loved laying on the hammock watching the rays below us. We switched rooms our last night & the second was just as fantastic. All the villas are private, unique, & come with killer views. The air conditioning in both rooms worked perfectly, though we mostly opted for open windows to catch the sea breeze & fall asleep to the sound of the waves.”

“Where to start?! Thatch Caye was an island getaway that we hope to repeat soon. Our overwater bungalow was perfect. A wonderfully comfortable bed, air conditioning when needed, & our own porch with a hammock made time spent there very relaxing. Snorkeling in & around the resort was amazing in & of itself. We saw starfish, a nurse shark, & lots of different fish.”
