Reservations Policy:
Thatch Caye Resort requires a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The full balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival. Thatch Caye Resort accepts payments by Visa, MasterCard and check. All payments are processed in US dollars
Cancellation Policy:
Non-Refundable reservations are 100% Non-Refundable.
Standard, Early Booker, and Stay-Pay reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 31 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
30 to 0 days = 100% of entire payment forfeited
Please note that bookings over the weeks of Christmas and New Year’s are subject to a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 91 days from the arrival date. Reservation is subject to cancellation and full payment forfeited if payment is not made in full. No refunds will be made if cancelled during stay.
