Thatch Caye is a twelve unit, barefoot casual private island experience that combines active adventure with extreme relaxation. It is a beautiful little island with several breathtaking spots for group exercise. Caroline will help create a customized and memorable experience for you!
 
Your all-inclusive five-night, six-day stay at Thatch Caye Resort includes fresh, wholesome meals, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, daily fitness routines, and miles of turquoise blue water. Your fitness retreat also includes a few group excursions, so that you can experience all that Belize has to offer. In your downtime, you will have access to our kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel gear, fishing poles, and other non-motorized island toys.

Package includes:

  • Five-nights , six- days in an island cabana or overwater bungalow
  • Three meals per day and a snack
  • Local alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
  • Group snorkel tour along the Belize Barrier Reef
  • Group waterfall hike
  • Massage for each participant

Day 1- November 1st:

  • Fly into Belize City and take local flight to Dangriga Airport, then boat transfer from Dangriga Airport to Thatch Caye Island Resort
  • Introductory team meeting, goal setting, nutrition & lifestyle consultations
  • Evening workout (resistance band focused)
  • 7:00 pm: Group Dinner

Day 2- November 2nd:

  • Morning stretch class/bodyweight circuit
  • 7:00 - 8:30 am: Breakfast
  • Group Snorkeling Excursion
  • 12:30 - 1:30 pm: Lunch
  • Group fitness class (resistance band focused)
  • 4:30 - 6:30 pm: Happy hour and afternoon snack
  • 7:00 pm: Dinner

Day 3- November 3rd:

  • Morning beach walk and bodyweight circuit
  • 7:00 - 8:30 am: Breakfast
  • Free time!
  • 12:30 - 1:30 pm: Lunch
  • Group kayak race
  • 4:30 - 6:30 pm: Happy hour and afternoon snack
  • 7:00 pm: Dinner

Day 4- November 4th:

  • Boat transfer to Dangriga Airport, local flight to Belize City Airport, board international flight home
